Dr. Muhammad Lee is an internationally recognised Exercise Physiologist whose career has been dedicated to advancing the role of exercise in health and wellness. He earned his doctorate from Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary, establishing a strong academic foundation in exercise science. 

Before embarking on his academic journey, Dr. Lee underwent specialised training at the renowned Joe Weider Bodybuilding & Fitness Camp in Los Angeles, USA, where he was appointed as a Bodybuilding and Fitness Counsellor. This early exposure to fitness excellence laid the groundwork for his lifelong commitment to promoting healthier lifestyles. 

Upon returning to Malaysia, Dr. Lee took on several influential leadership roles. He served as a Board Member of the National Sports Council and contributed to the drafting of the country's Fitness Act, helping shape the development of the fitness industry at a national level. He later joined the Ministry of Health as a Board Member of the National Health Promotion Board, where he continued to champion health through physical activity. 

Driven by a vision to make exercise a precise and effective medical intervention, Dr. Lee founded Exercise Medicine and developed the DrFit Exercise System, an innovative approach designed to deliver accurate and personalised exercise prescriptions. 

In recognition of his significant global contributions to integrating sports and exercise into healthcare, Dr. Lee was awarded the prestigious Doctoris Honoris Causa by the Hungarian University of Sports Science. 

Today, Dr. Lee serves as an Advisor to the research team within the medical faculty of UniSHAMS (International Islamic University of Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'Adzam Shah). His current work focuses on Exercise Medicine, particularly in prescribing evidence-based exercise programmes for heart health, stroke rehabilitation, obesity management, and healthy ageing. Through his ongoing research and advocacy, he continues to promote exercise as a powerful tool for improving health and quality of life.

Led by Dr. Henry Siew, a medical doctor by profession at the Kuala Kangsar District Health Department. He is the president of the International Society on Exercise Medicine and a member of the International Scientific Committee on Exercise Medicine.

Dr Siew is actively involved in conducting health & fitness workshops throughout the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Highly respected for his dynamism in his aerobic classes, he is definitely the right person to change the lifestyle of the people in Ipoh and improve the recovery of anyone with chronic diseases.

Nanirin Noomi Rudimin is a dedicated Chief Therapist and the Co-Founder of the Home Therapy Program whose career has been built on bridging clinical practice with meaningful community impact. Her professional journey is rooted in a strong academic foundation, having earned a Diploma in Exercise Science and received the prestigious CEO Award from the Asia College of Exercise and Sports Medicine (ACESM). Committed to continuous professional growth, she is currently expanding her leadership and management expertise by pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in Malaysia.

Alongside her clinical leadership as Chief Therapist at the Asia College of Exercise Medicine (ACEM), Nanirin champions health accessibility as the Head of Community Program for the International Society on Exercise Medicine. Her active involvement extends to the global stage, where she lends her organizational insight and dedication as a committee member for both the World Conference on Exercise Medicine (WCEM) and the International Scientific Committee on Exercise Medicine (ISCEM). Through her ongoing clinical work, leadership, and advocacy, she continues to promote exercise as a powerful tool for improving health and quality of life.

Chee Cheng Hong is a dedicated professional specializing in exercise science and administration, whose career is built on driving operational efficiency and organizational excellence. His foundation in the field is anchored by a Diploma in Exercise Science and the prestigious CEO Award from the Asia College of Exercise and Sports Medicine (ACESM). Committed to continuous growth and leadership development, he is currently pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at UNITAR International University.

Bringing a strong management focus to his roles, Chee serves as the Head of Administration & Technical at the Asia College of Exercise Medicine (ACEM), where he oversees operational workflows and technical standards. Beyond his administrative duties, he contributes his expertise globally and locally across various prominent organizations, serving as a Consultant for Exercise Clinic Setup, Head of the Certification Program for the International Society on Exercise & Regenerative Medicine, and Co-Founder of the Home Therapy Program.

His commitment to advancing the industry also extends to major scientific events and specialized initiatives. He acts as the Coordinator for the World Conference on Exercise Medicine (WCEM), a Committee Member for the International Scientific Committee on Exercise Medicine (ISCEM), and leads the development and execution of the DrFit Program. Through his multifaceted leadership, Chee continues to shape the structural and technical advancement of exercise medicine and fitness operations.

Our Exercise Prescription Protocol

Powered by DrFit software, each client will receive a computerised exercise program according to their condition, based on the assessment.

Exercise Instructions & Review

All clients will be instructed by trained exercise therapists with the right dose to ensure its effectiveness to each individual conditions.

A monthly review will be conducted before advancing to the next stage.
